職務說明：
1. Have strategic thinking and be able to plan short and medium-term goals for the future of the business.
具有策略化思考，能規劃事業未來的短中程目標。
2. Grasp market trends, understand customer needs, formulate product strategies, and formulate product positioning and pricing strategies.
掌握市場趨勢、了解客戶需求，制定產品策略，擬定產品定位與定價策略。
3. Execute and track various operational performance management objectives.
執行與追蹤各項營運績效管理目標。
專長條件：
1. Experienced in BU management with ODM/OEM IT industry revenue of more than 10 billion.
具ODM/OEM IT產業營收100億以上BU主管經驗者。
2. Experience in BD development and management in the IT industry.
具IT產業、BD開發管理經驗。
3. Familiar with automotive electronics or imaging product experience is preferred.
熟汽車電子工業用機器人經驗者佳。
4. 英文精通
5. 10年以上工作經驗
